About Ferr 'n' Roll Finance AG
Ferr 'n' Roll Finance AG was founded in 1995 in the Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland, with its first business activities rooted in international petroleum trading and logistics. Since then, the company has grown into a recognized partner for financial services and international trading, with a strong focus on petroleum products, petrochemicals, lubricants, and specialty chemicals.

Josef Motz - Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Josef has over 35 years of international experience in the oil, gas, and energy industry. He held senior management positions at Mobil Oil, ConocoPhillips, and TotalEnergies, where he was responsible for refining, crude supply and trading, logistics, and infrastructure management across Europe, Asia, and North America. At Ferr ’n’ Roll, he oversees all operational and trading activities, ensuring precision, transparency, and long-term client value.​

Hans Marti - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Member of the Board
Hans brings extensive expertise in finance, governance, and fiduciary services. His leadership ensures that Ferr 'n' Roll’s operations are underpinned by financial stability, rigorous risk management, and compliance with highest international standards.

Vasillis Pakas - Business Development Director
Vassilis has held senior management positions at leading Greek energy companies, giving him over 25 years of experience in energy markets, trading, and corporate development with a strong focus on Southeastern Europe. He has built long-standing client networks and negotiated strategic partnerships across the region, successfully introducing new products into competitive markets. At Ferr 'n' Roll, he leads growth and business development, driving expansion in trading and cultivating long-term client partnerships.

Konstantin Zimmer - Commercial Director
Konstantin is a business economist with a strong background in finance, advisory, and entrepreneurship. He began his career as a financial analyst at Commerzbank AG and went on to build his own business, advising partners in the petrochemical sector with commercial and strategic decisions. At Ferr 'n' Roll, he ensures that commercial operations run seamlessly, aligning trading activities with financial and strategic goals.
As Ferr 'n' Roll we are focused on Europe as our core market, while maintaining an established international reach.
